Credit packs (Starter, Practice, Firm) are one-time purchases, not subscriptions — there's nothing to cancel, and credits never expire. Because of this, credit pack purchases are final and non-refundable once the payment completes and credits are added to your account.
If you were charged in error — a duplicate purchase, or a technical fault on our side that granted the wrong number of credits — contact us and we'll make it right.
All payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, our merchant of record. Where a refund is approved, Paddle issues it to your original payment method; processing time depends on your bank or card provider.
