PDF → Excel
Upload a bank statement PDF and get a clean Excel spreadsheet back — every transaction as its own row, ready to sort, filter or hand to a client. No manual retyping.
Why bank2tally
This started as a bank-to-Tally tool, so the Excel output comes from the same accurate, bank-specific parsing — not a generic PDF-table extractor guessing at columns. A few things that are different from most converters in this space:
How it works
Works on text-based PDFs (the kind net banking downloads). Scanned or photographed statements aren't supported yet. Password-protected PDFs work — you set the password when you convert.
Questions
Yes. Choose Excel (.xlsx) as the output format when you convert — you don't need Tally to use this. The same upload can also produce Tally-ready XML if you need that instead.
3 conversions a month are free, no signup needed for the first one. Beyond that, pay-per-use credit packs that never expire — not a subscription.
HDFC, SBI, ICICI, Axis and Kotak Mahindra Bank, using each bank's real statement layout rather than a generic PDF-table guess.
